Tidy Team

In December 2018, Kaitlyn Beise announced the launch of Tidy Details, a venture that emerged from her personal quest for fulfillment and balance. Prior to this, Kaitlyn was dedicated to her career in the social service field. Although this work was meaningful, it left her feeling exhausted and depleted. The demands of her job prompted Kaitlyn to reassess her work-life balance. She began to explore what truly brought her joy, especially during those precious moments away from her family. The answer was clear: she found happiness in decorating and cleaning.

Kaitlyn had always been captivated by the real estate world and possessed a natural talent for home staging. Eager to enhance her skills, she enrolled in courses, offered free styling sessions, and participated in “walk and talks” with realtors. These experiences not only enriched her knowledge but also fueled her passion.

Facing the practical need to generate income, Kaitlyn decided to focus on tidying—a skill at which she naturally excelled. By sharing her journey and experiences online, she began to build an audience and soon recognized a growing demand for her services. Today, Tidy Details boasts a full team of strong, capable women. Together, they work to transform spaces and bring joy to their clients through their expertise in decorating, cleaning, and home staging.

Owning Tidy Details is truly a dream come true for Kaitlyn. The joy and satisfaction she derives from seeing her team thrive is unparalleled. Each member contributes unique strengths, ensuring the delivery of expert-level services to their clients. Through Tidy Details, Kaitlyn has found her balance, and in doing so, she helps others find joy in their own spaces.

Hilary

Since joining Tidy Details in 2019, Hilary has become an invaluable member of the team. One of her favorite aspects of working at Tidy Details is that it is a woman-run business with an all-woman staff. Hilary's organizational skills shine particularly in children's rooms, where she transforms chaos into calm. Outside of her work at Tidy Details, Hilary is also a wrestling coach.

Kayla

Kayla has been an integral part of Tidy Details since 2019. Her passion for organization and cleanliness makes her a perfect fit for the team. What sets Kayla apart is her genuine love for tidying. She thrives on the satisfaction of transforming spaces and ensuring every detail is just right. Whether it’s a small project or a large undertaking, Kayla enjoys every moment spent with her team. Her signature touches include folding towels in creative and fun ways, making beds, and room spray as a finishing touch.

Chloe

Chloe joined the Tidy Team in February 2024 and has quickly become an invaluable member. Her enthusiasm for teamwork and client relationships shines through in every task she undertakes. Chloe's passion for cleaning started early. She began cleaning homes and Airbnb properties when she was in middle school, developing a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic from a young age.

Anne

Anne became a member of the Tidy Team in August 2023. Her favorite projects are the one-time deep cleans because they provide a fresh start and a chance to make a significant impact in just one visit. Outside of her professional life, Anne is a dedicated mother to five children. Despite her extensive cleaning expertise, she has never experienced the luxury of having someone else clean her own home. This is a treat she hopes to indulge in someday.

Tiffany

In September 2021, Tiffany became a valued member of the Tidy Team. She has found immense joy in being part of a dynamic group of women who are not only supportive but also enjoy having fun together. Tiffany particularly enjoys one-time deep cleans. She finds it exhilarating to transform new spaces, watching them come to life with cleanliness and order. Another service she loves is organizing projects and staging. In addition to her tidying duties, Tiffany is a respiratory therapist.

Kate

Kate joined the Tidy Team in September 2024, bringing her passion for cleanliness and organization to every home she visits. Her role involves more than just tidying up spaces; it’s about building connections and helping families maintain a harmonious environment. Kate is also pursuing a master's degree in interior architecture and design. Her academic pursuits complement her role, as they enhance her eye for detail and ability to create aesthetically pleasing spaces.
